How To Open Docx Files

Docx is the new default format introduced in Word 2007 by Microsoft which has several advantages over the old and common doc format. The only problem is that most users have not yet switched to Office or Word 2007 and can’t open the new documents in their old programs without support.

Users of previous versions of Word or Office can simply download the Microsoft Compatibility Pack while others have to rely on online converters or plugins that have been specifically designed for their operating system.
